As you can imagine, Food in Fashion is a hot ticket.

The event has sold out in both of its outings. However, if you sign up here, you will be the first to know when tickets to the Monday, March 18 charity event go on sale.

New for 2019:

    Food in Fashion moves to The Joule, the luxury hotel in downtown Dallas.
    There will be three ticket prices.
    For $150, Escoffier Patrons will enjoy:
    pre- and post-receptions during the evening,
    student-prepared appetizers and liquid refreshments
    the silent auction,
    our live auction,
    a reserved seat in the first three rows for the Mosaic Ballroom show,
    and a patron gift bag.
    We will be offering 104 Escoffier Patron tickets on a first-come basis.
    For $125, Bocuse Patrons will enjoy:
    pre- and post-receptions during the evening,
    student-prepared appetizers and liquid refreshments
    the silent auction,
    our live auction,
    and a seat in Mosaic Ballroom's remaining rows for the show.
    We will be offering 184 Bocuse Patron tickets on a first-come basis.
    For $75, Robuchon Patrons will enjoy:
    student-prepared appetizers and liquid refreshments
    the silent auction,
    our live auction,
    and standing-room-only in the Mosaic Ballroom for the show.

Food in Fashion will be presented by the Greater Dallas Restaurant Association, Monday, Mar. 18, 2019, at The Joule, Dallas.

Proceeds benefit career-development programs in the restaurant and hospitality industries.

Our primary beneficiary is the Texas Restaurant Association Education Foundation. A 501 (c)(3) charitable non-profit [Tax ID: 74-2732907], TRAEF sponsors ProStart, a restaurant workforce-development program in public schools.

A portion of proceeds will also be donated to El Centro College's Food and Hospitality Institute and CitySquare's WorkPaths Hospitality Training Program.
