Help build our future restaurant and hospitality workforce

Volunteer for Food in Fashion

Maybe you're a go-getter who really wants to help our leadership team be successful in reaching our Food in Fashion goals. Perhaps you can help leverage event sponsorships from your network or have no shame in asking businesses to donate items for our silent or live auctions.

You might be special event "soldier" who can help set up and tend to our silent auction, check guests in, or greet and direct our guests. Or, some volunteers might prefer to give a couple of hours in our far north Dallas office before or after March 18, 2019, to help us get ready or wrap up this fun event.

Which kind or volunteer are you? And would you like to help us build our future workforce in the restaurant and hospitality industries?

New for 2019:

Food in Fashion moves to The Joule, the luxury hotel in downtown Dallas.
× ALERT As of 8:45 p.m., Jan. 28, all of our volunteer needs are filled for Food in Fashion. Thank you!

Food in Fashion will be presented by the Greater Dallas Restaurant Association, Monday, Mar. 18, 2019, at The Joule, Dallas.

Proceeds benefit career-development programs in the restaurant and hospitality industries.

Our primary beneficiary is the Texas Restaurant Association Education Foundation. A 501 (c)(3) charitable non-profit [Tax ID: 74-2732907], TRAEF sponsors ProStart, a restaurant workforce-development program in public schools.

A portion of proceeds will also be donated to El Centro College's Food and Hospitality Institute and CitySquare's WorkPaths Hospitality Training Program.
